IMPLEMENT Phase Samples

The IMPLEMENT phase is where the program is launched. What that means varies greatly from one project to the next. It might mean finding training rooms and scheduling learners for in-person systems training, or maybe it's communicating the availability of virtual instructor led sessions on Zoom, setting up offerings or uploading e-learning courses into an LMS or Learning Experience Platform. Depending on the complexity of the program (# of sites, languages, # of users, the variation in their roles and training plans, etc.) implementation plans can vary greatly.

Below are a couple of tools created to help learning program leaders plan for learning program implementation.

This toolkit was created to explain what Learning Implementation is and ideas to consider when planning a large scale, global training roll-out.

This guide describes how to go about recruiting, selecting and preparing Trainers to deliver training.
